Rain or Shine Purses
Worried about a wet wallet? A soggy cell phone? Check these super-cute, water-resistant purses. Made of fabulously fun oilcloth, each tasty bag is fully lined and features a protective front flap and secure button closure. Clutch has a zippered closure and a wrist loop; small and medium bags have shoulder strap.
